Hi! I’m Aleksandra Pinneri

Multi award-winning Hair and Makeup Artist, educator and founder of the Business to Beauty Academy.

I created the '8 Week Hair and Makeup Business Blueprint' for artists just like you. To fast tract your journey to success by teaching you vital business fundamentals to compliment your phenomenal talent.

I started this academy because of my passion for teaching and inspiring others to follow their dreams, just as I did. I'm also here to show you that you don't need hundreds or thousands of followers on Instagram to run a successful and profitable business, as there are so many ways to achieve continuous income streams and land regular makeup opportunities.

My credentials go beyond hair and makeup...

I started my journey at the University of South Australia, graduating with a degree in a Bachelor of Marketing Management and International Business. I then worked with some of the biggest companies in the world in business development, it was here I found my true purpose in life - to inspire, educate, and create art for a living.

My passion has allowed me to diversify my career; from bridal work, to photoshoots, to television, and high profile clients.

I grew from working solo to leading a team of driven and talented makeup artists who truly love what they do each and every day. I've been able to do all this whilst bringing up my three children and never having to miss a milestone.

During this 8-week program, we’re covering…

Step 1

Once you enrol in the course, you will be given your own members access to the portal that you can access 24/7 and complete the lessons in your time and space. Trust me! I know how hectic life can be so I definitely do not want to add more pressure to your busy schedule! So, follow the lesson plan in the order I set it out in, but take your time in completing the tasks before moving onto the next lesson of module so that you can apply the skills required to master the next subject.

Step 2

Every week for eight weeks, a new module will be released for your to work through.

Step 3

There will be a combination of videos of me guiding you through each topic and demonstrating the concepts covered, along with worksheets to fill out, spreadsheets to use, templates to make your own, check lists to tick off, questionnaires to answer, and special guest interviews to watch. No matter if you are a visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, or reading/writing learner, there will always be a way that will appeal to you and keep you engaged and excited.

Step 4

You will be given access to our private Facebook group where not only will you get to make long lasting friendships, but you will be able to turn to your peers and myself for opinions and support. You will also receive LIVE COACHING from me where you will have your burning questions answered from each weeks module. I will also be popping in to discuss industry changes and topics as they arise so you will always stay on top what is going on in the industry.

Step 5

At the end of the 8 week period, you will be given a creative challenge to complete if you choose to participate in it. It will be submitted to me and personally critiqued and publicised on my social media and website to show off your talent. The winner will also receive a prize and a certificate for winning the task.

Step 6

You will receive a certificate at the completion of the course from me and a tax receipt as this course is a tax a tax write-off to you!

Step 7
